Yummy Steak Muffins

Ingredients:
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. of water
8 ounce thin steak, cooked and finely chopped
¼ tsp. of sea salt
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
8 free-range eggs
1 cup of finely diced onion
Method:
- Set the oven to 350°F
- Take 8 muffin tins and line then with parchment paper liners.
- Get a large bowl and crack all the eggs in it.
- Beat well the eggs.
- Blend in all the remaining ingredients.
- Spoon the batter into the arrange muffin tins. Fill three-fourth of each tin.
- Put the muffin tins in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the muffins are baked and set in the middle.
- Enjoy!
