Ingredients:
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. of water
8 ounce thin steak, cooked and finely chopped
¼ tsp. of sea salt
Dash of freshly ground black pepper
8 free-range eggs

1 cup of finely diced onion

Method:

  1. Set the oven to 350°F
  2. Take 8 muffin tins and line then with parchment paper liners.
  3. Get a large bowl and crack all the eggs in it.
  4. Beat well the eggs.
  5. Blend in all the remaining ingredients.
  6. Spoon the batter into the arrange muffin tins. Fill three-fourth of each tin.
  7. Put the muffin tins in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, until the muffins are baked and set in the middle.
  8. Enjoy!
