Ingredients
500g white fish
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 sliced onion
2 sliced garlic cloves
1 red pepper, sliced
1 sliced jalapeño pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
2 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
50ml coconut milk

Indications:

  1. Marinate the fish in the lime juice for 10 minutes.
  2.  Pour the olive oil into a skillet over medium heat.
  3.  Add the onion, garlic and peppers.
  4.  Cook for 4 minutes.
  5.  Add the rest of the ingredients (except coconut milk).
  6.  Cover the pot.
  7.  Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
  8.  Stir in the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
