Stewed fish

Ingredients
500g white fish
1 tablespoon of lime juice
1 sliced onion
2 sliced garlic cloves
1 red pepper, sliced
1 sliced jalapeño pepper
1 teaspoon of paprika
2 cups of chicken broth
2 cups of chopped tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
50ml coconut milk
Indications:
- Marinate the fish in the lime juice for 10 minutes.
- Pour the olive oil into a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic and peppers.
- Cook for 4 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients (except coconut milk).
- Cover the pot.
- Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
- Stir in the coconut milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
