Ingredients:
1 tbsp. olive oil
½ diced onion
400g of shrimp
2 tbsp. tomato extract
½ packet of chopped parsley
Salt to taste
250ml of water
250ml of milk
50g of butter
3 cups flour
100 g of curd
3 beaten eggs
Breadcrumbs for breading

Method:

  1. Sauté with olive oil, onion, and shrimp.
  2. Add tomato extract, parsley, and salt. Reserve.
  3. In a pan, bring to medium heat water, milk and butter.
  4. When the butter has melted, add 2 cups of wheat flour at a time and stir until the dough begins to unglue from the bottom of the pan. Set aside until warm.
  5. When the dough is warm, knead, adding the remaining flour until it is smooth and elastic.
  6. Roll the dough into a floured surface.
  7. The format in circular portions.
  8. Stuff with the shrimp and arrange a spoonful of curd. Close by tightening the ends.
  9. Dip into beaten egg, breadcrumbs, and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
