2 tablespoons of olive oil
500g chicken leg fillet cut into cubes
2 crushed and chopped cloves of garlic
1 sliced onion
2 chopped celery stalks
1 chopped green pepper
1 teaspoon of Cajun seasoning
Salt to taste
2 cups of beef broth
790g canned crushed tomatoes
100g sausage
2 tablespoons of butter
500g peeled and cleaned shrimps


  1.  Pour the olive oil into a skillet over medium heat.
  2.  Cook the garlic and chicken for 5 minutes.
  3.  Add the onion, celery and pepper.
  4.  Cook until tender.
  5.  Season with the Cajun seasoning and salt.
  6.  Cook for 2 minutes.
  7.  Incorporate the sausage, broth and tomatoes.
  8.  Cover and cook over low heat for 1 hour.
  9.  Add the butter and prawns in the last 10 minutes of cooking.
