Cooking spray
1 teaspoon of olive oil
500g salmon
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste
1 minced clove of garlic
1 lemon, sliced


  1. Spray the oil on the slow cooker.
  2.  Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil.
  3.  Season the salmon with salt, pepper, dill and garlic
  4.  Add to slow cooker.
  5.  Place the lemon slices on top.
  6. Cover the pot and cook over high heat for 2 hours.
