Fried ball of cod

Ingredients:
Braised olive oil
1 red onion cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
700g desalted and shredded cod
½ cup sliced black olive
3 minced boiled eggs
Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Method:
- In a hot skillet, arrange the olive oil and sauté the onion and then the garlic.
- Add cod and sauté well.
- Turn off the heat, then put the olives, the chopped eggs, and the parsley.
- Correct salt if necessary, add pepper, and set aside to cool.
- Stuff the pastry dough and close by brushing water and kneading with a fork.
- Fry in hot oil by dipping until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and serve.
