Braised olive oil
1 red onion cut into strips
2 cloves garlic, minced
700g desalted and shredded cod
½ cup sliced black olive

3 minced boiled eggs

Parsley to taste
Salt to taste
Black pepper


  1. In a hot skillet, arrange the olive oil and sauté the onion and then the garlic.
  2. Add cod and sauté well.
  3. Turn off the heat, then put the olives, the chopped eggs, and the parsley.
  4. Correct salt if necessary, add pepper, and set aside to cool.
  5. Stuff the pastry dough and close by brushing water and kneading with a fork.
  6. Fry in hot oil by dipping until golden brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve.
