1 diced jalapeño pepper
½ cup diced fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
Juice of 1 lime
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
500g chicken wings
Lime wedges for serving
Mayonnaise for serving


  1.  Start by throwing all the ingredients into the large bowl and mix well.
  2.  Cover the wings and marinate them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3.  Now add the wings along with their marinade to the slow cooker.
  4.  Cover and cook for 3 hours on LOW.
  5.  Garnish to taste.
  6.  Serve hot.
