Flavored Jalapeno Wings

Ingredients:
1 diced jalapeño pepper
½ cup diced fresh cilantro
3 tablespoons of coconut oil
Juice of 1 lime
2 cloves of garlic, peeled and chopped
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
500g chicken wings
Lime wedges for serving
Mayonnaise for serving
Indications:
- Start by throwing all the ingredients into the large bowl and mix well.
- Cover the wings and marinate them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Now add the wings along with their marinade to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook for 3 hours on LOW.
- Garnish to taste.
- Serve hot.
