Ingredients:
Nonstick cooking spray
1 egg
1 tbsp. water
1 cup whole wheat panko bread crumbs
1 tbsp. garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
6 cups cauliflower florets
¼ cup light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sweet chili sauce
2 tbsp. hot sauce

Directions:
1. Lightly spray the fryer basket with cooking spray and place in the cooking pot.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together egg and water.
3. In a separate small bowl, stir together bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and parsley.
4. Dip each floret first in egg then in bread crumbs. Place in fryer basket, in batches.
5. Add the tender-crisp lid and set to air fry on 400°F or 205°C. Bake cauliflower 15 minutes or until golden
brown and crispy.
6. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chili sauce, and hot sauce. When all the cauliflower is done,
drizzle sauce over the top and serve.
